Measure the widest part of each natural nail in millimeters and compare your measurements with our Size Guide. Please measure both hands, as corresponding fingers may have slightly different measurements. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size because the press-on nail can be gently filed for a more comfortable fit. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before ordering.

Custom nail designs may be available depending on the requested style, details, and materials. Please send us: • Inspiration photos • Preferred nail shape and length • Nail measurements or selected size • Preferred colors • Requested charms or design details Because every set is handmade, small artistic differences may occur between the inspiration image and the completed set.

Some designs can be recreated in a different shape or length, depending on the original artwork and available materials. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability. Changing the shape or length may slightly affect the placement, scale, or appearance of certain design details.

Wear time depends on the application method, nail preparation, and your daily activities. Typical wear time: • Adhesive tabs: approximately 1–3 days • Nail glue: approximately 7–14 days For longer wear, make sure your natural nails are clean, completely dry, and free from oil before application. Individual results may vary.

Yes. Our handmade press-on nails can be reused when removed carefully and stored properly. To help preserve your set: • Never pull or force the nails off. • Carefully remove any remaining adhesive. • Store the nails in their original box after each use. • Consider using adhesive tabs when you plan to reuse the set frequently. The number of times a set can be reused depends on its condition, application method, and removal process.

Our press-on nails are water-resistant and suitable for normal activities such as washing your hands or showering. For the best wear: • Avoid water for at least two hours after application. • Do not soak your hands for extended periods. • Wear gloves when washing dishes or cleaning. • Avoid excessive exposure to hot water. Frequent or prolonged water exposure may weaken the adhesive and shorten wear time.

Every Meevia Nails set is handmade to order. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production and order preparation before shipment. Your estimated total delivery timeline consists of: 3–5 business days for handmade production the shipping transit time shown at checkout Shipping transit time begins after production is complete. Processing may take longer during major sales, holidays, collection launches, or periods of high order volume.

Please email support@meevianails.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to: • Correct your shipping address • Change your selected size or shape • Request an order cancellation Because production may begin shortly after an order is received, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered production or shipped, it normally cannot be canceled.

Please contact support@meevianails.com within five calendar days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered. Please include: • Your order number • A description of the issue • Clear photographs or video of the product • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label Please keep the product and all packaging until we have reviewed your request.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for press-on nail sets that have been opened, worn, applied, tested, altered, filed, trimmed, or customized. Selecting the wrong size, shape, length, color, or design is not considered a product defect when the order was produced according to the selection made at checkout.
