Meevia Nails press-on nail sets are handmade or hand-finished.

Because each set is created individually, slight variations may occur in:

  • Cat-eye effects.
  • Charm, pearl, crystal, or decorative placement.
  • Shape finishing.
  • Small handmade details.

These reasonable handmade variations are part of the production process and are not automatically considered defects.

Images may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, device settings, monitor calibration, and screen brightness. We cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your device will perfectly match the physical product.

SECTION 6 β€” PRODUCTION TIME

Most Meevia Nails nail sets are handmade after an order is placed.

Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for handmade production, inspection, and order preparation before shipment.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Production may take longer during:

  • Major sales.
  • Holiday periods.
  • High-order-volume periods.
  • Collection launches.
  • Custom or highly detailed orders.
  • Unexpected material shortages.

Shipping estimates begin after production is complete and the package is transferred to the carrier.

An estimated production or delivery date is not a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly required by applicable law.

SECTION 7 β€” PRODUCT SIZING AND FIT

Customers are responsible for reviewing our Size Guide and selecting the appropriate size, shape, and length before submitting an order.

Natural nails may differ between hands. Customers should measure both hands and follow the measuring instructions provided on our website.

Meevia Nails is not responsible for an incorrect fit caused by:

  • Incorrect measurements.
  • Selecting the wrong standard size.
  • Choosing the wrong shape or length.
  • Differences in the curve or width of natural nails.
  • Failure to follow our measuring instructions.
  • Changes made to the product after delivery.

An item produced according to the size and options selected by the customer is not considered defective solely because it does not fit as expected.

SECTION 8 β€” CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Custom or personalized designs may require additional communication, approval, production time, and fees.

Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming:

  • Nail shape.
  • Nail length.
  • Color choices.
  • Design details.
  • Decorative elements.
  • Reference images.
  • Any other customization requirements.

Reference images may be used as inspiration, but exact duplication is not guaranteed.

Differences may occur because of handmade techniques, material availability, nail dimensions, lighting, intellectual-property restrictions, or the characteristics of gel and decorative products.

Once a custom design has been approved and production has started, the order generally cannot be canceled, returned, or significantly changed except where required by law or where the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved specifications.

SECTION 9 β€” ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:

  • A product is unavailable.
  • A price or product description contains an obvious error.
  • Payment cannot be authorized or verified.
  • The shipping destination is restricted.

Because handmade production may begin shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot normally be changed or canceled after production has started.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping carrier will be able to modify or redirect the delivery address.

Because press-on nails are personal-use beauty products, used or opened products may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Handmade, personalized, custom-sized, and custom-designed items may be final sale except where they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or where applicable law provides otherwise.

Customers must inspect their order after delivery and report qualifying issues within the timeframe stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Do not send products back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Meevia Nails is not responsible for damage or injury caused by:

  • Misuse of glue or tools.
